Chilaquiles

Corn tortillas cut into quarters and lightly fried, simmered in red or green sauce. Served with egg, steak or chicken. Topped with lettuce, sour cream, cheese and avocado. / Tortillas de maíz cortadas en cuartos y ligeramente fritas, cocidas a fuego lento en salsa roja o verde. Servido con huevo, bistec o pollo. Cubierto con lechuga, crema, queso y aguacate.
